We import all of our balsamics from Modena Italy, the birthplace of balsamic vinegar, to give you a rare but affordable Italian product rich in fruity and woody aromas. These balsamics are crafted using the Solera method, and are aged in progressive barrels made from oak, chestnut, cherry, and ash ensuring the vinegar reaches optimal density and achieves the most complex flavor characteristics.
