Balsamic Reduction (Balsamic Glaze)

2 c. Teaoli Balsamic Vinegar (any flavor you like)


1. Place balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan and cook over medium low heat until reduced by half, about 30 minutes. For a thicker glaze, cook even longer until reduced by half again.

2. As soon as the liquid has reached your desired consistency, remove from heat and allow to cool. Use to top ice cream, meats, vegetables, sandwiches, fruits, cereals, and much more!
