Berry Balsamic Health Drink
16 oz. berries, (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, or any combination)
1 c. coconut water
Juice from ½ lime
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. Teaoli Balsamic Vinegar, any flavor you choose (we like Blackberry Ginger, Maple or Vanilla for this one)
1. Puree berries in a blender until very smooth. Pour through a sieve to remove any remaining chunks of fruit or seeds.
2. Stir together with coconut water, lime juice, and vinegars. Garnish with lime wedge and serve.
