Teaoli uses UPS and USPS to ship your orders, and will ship to street addresses only. When necessary, you are required to include the apartment or suite number to ensure prompt delivery. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes at this time. Shipping is currently limited to the lower 48 states of the United States. Regular ground shipping rates are as follows:

All orders received during business hours, 10am to 7pm Monday thru Friday, will be shipped within 2-3 business days. If you need overnight or 2 day shipping please give us a call and we will do our best accommodate your request.

Since we sell fine food products all sales are considered final. However, we deal with product issues on a case-by-case bases. We want you to be happy with your purchase and thus become a life long customer.
