Our Fused Early Harvest Chilean Green Lemon Olive Oil (Eureka Green Limonato) was crafted by crushing vibrant green Arbequina olives alongside estate-grown green Eureka lemons in April. The result is a remarkably complex and pungent fusion—powerfully fragrant, floral, and intensely aromatic. By harvesting unripe lemons and olives grown side by side, we captured the peak essence of green lemon in every drop. Highly concentrated, a little goes a long way. We’re confident that the precision and timing of our April 2025 production make this oil truly one-of-a-kind.
