Ingredients:
- 2 c. rice cereal squares
- 2 c. wheat cereal squares
- 2 c. corn cereal squares
- 1 c. almonds (whole, slivered, or sliced)
- ¾ c. dried cranberries
- ¾ c. dried cherries
- ½ tsp. sea salt
- ½ c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- ½ c. Teaoli Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4½ Tbsp. Teaoli Butter Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ tsp. baking soda
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix cereal, almonds, and dried fruit.
- In a sauce pan over medium heat, combine salt, brown sugar, corn syrup, and olive oils.
- Bring to a boil and cook for one minute. Stir in baking soda.
- Pour mixture over dry ingredients. Stir until evenly coated and pour into a sheet or cake pan.
- Bake mixture at 250º F for one hour. Let cool in the pan and enjoy.
