Ingredients:
- 4 eggs whisked together
- 1 Tbsp Teaoli Green Chili EVOO
- 1 Tbsp of butter
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation:
Warm the Green Chili EVOO and butter in a pan. Mix eggs with salt and pepper to taste. Scramble the eggs in the oil until well done. Top with cheddar cheese and sprinkle with parsley, if desired. Serves 2.
