Mushroom and Sage Croutons

Ingredients:

• 6 slices of crusty bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
• Teaoli Mushroom and Sage EVOO
  
• ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
• Dash of salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400F. Arrange bread cubes on a baking sheet and drizzle with EVOO. Sprinkle with salt and cheese. Bake until bread is crusty and golden, turning it every so often.
