Description
White Peach Balsamic is made from White Trebbiano Grape Must. It goes through the same cooking and barrel aging process as Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, but it doesn't get caramelized, so it keeps its white color. This creates a fresh vinegar that has a hint of sweetness, similar to handcrafted vinegars from northern Italy. The combination of ripe peaches and our traditional white balsamic vinegar gives it a delicate and fragrant taste.
