I use this olive oil in just about everything. The smell is divine (and the taste isn’t bad either. Ha!) My favorite way to use this is when making focaccia. When you make the “dimples” in the bread and then you can drizzle the Tuscan oil all over. It smells wonderful when it’s baking and then you can use it as a dipping sauce to dip the fresh-baked focaccia into it. My family loves it!
