Ingredients:
1 bunch asparagus
1 bunch carrots
Teaoli Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Wash vegetables well. Trim ends of asparagus and carrot greens, leaving the tops on. Cut into halves if desired. Toss until coated in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill until tender. This recipe can also be made with additional vegetables! Try it with onions, zucchini, summer squash, broccolini, tomatoes, or mushrooms.
